Inter-Cultural Exchange of Young Oriental Women & Young Men

In a gorgeous example of inter-cultural exchange in Asia, adolescent Asian women and young men from the Philippines attained in Malaysia in an annual kids leadership seminar in Malaysia. The Cookware Youth Ladies Leadership Training Conference saved in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia coming from December dua puluh enam to January 12, 2020, honed small leaders via both nationalities and prepared all of them for life in their respective house countries. The big event showcased the value of building sites of adolescents with very similar goals and values and also offered young commanders from equally cultures the opportunity to learn from each other and share encounters. This first-ever event from the Asian Youngsters Leadership Program, a joint effort belonging to the Asian Youngster Development Corporation (AYDO) as well as the Philippine Section of Cultural Welfare and Advancement (DSWD), also provided participants an opportunity to meet up with each other for the purpose of the initial period. They included university students, university staff, parents, teachers, specialists, business owners, administration personnel, civil servants, academics, journalists and many more. The kids participants had been encouraged to speak about their personal lives and their aspirations. These people were given free of charge access to social media sites including Fb, Twitter, Websites like myspace and LinkedIn to build network and learn about their mentors and peers.

One other impressive feature of this small people-assemble coming from different countries-at the Asia Youth Leadership Training Conference is that participants were provided with a different opportunity to network with local businesses, non-profit organizations and also other community market leaders. They were as well able to network with guy Asian youth members in Southeast Asia and Malaysia. Some participants, especially the young girls, were given a chance to network to women in different countries. This interaction, shared by several cultures based on a perspectives, allows participants to enrich their information about the different nationalities and to make a common blended when coming together.
